Otherwise the following shall apply: - Between 96 and 72 h be paid 25% of the total agreed price. - Between 72 h and 48 h, 50% will be paid the agreed price. - Between 48 and 24 hours will be paid 75% of the total agreed price. - Less than 24 hours shall be paid 100% of the total agreed price.

2. Jika kerusakan diakibatkan oleh kecerobohan dan kelalaian penyewa namun tidak dapat diganti oleh asuransi maka penyewa harus mengganti kerusakan tersebut.
contoh : memodifikasi kendaraan, tidak memberi tahu pihak Autobagus Rent Car ketika mobil sudah saatnya service, air radiator kering, dll,
3. Jika kerusakan murni dari kendaraan karena pemakaian, maka penyewa tidak dibebankan biaya untuk penggantian, dan penyewa berhak mendapat penggantian kendaraan jika kerusakan memakan waktu lebih dari 4 jam untuk perbaikan.
